The back of this postcard reads: Da Pah, a Navaho Indian Silversmith working in his hogan at Coolidge. His skillful work is done with the primitive tools shown in the picture. His materials are coin silver and turquoise the silver is heated and then hammered to suit his purpose. Genuine Indian jewelry is much in demand on account of its beauty and original design, there never being two pieces alike.
